You can REGISTER with Florida ID or last four numbers of your social security number
You can VOTE with your student ID if it has your photo and signature on it. If no signature, you can bring a different ID just for the signature part. Must be unexpired. (A passport will also do.)

Register at campus event
Most campuses should have some kind of in person registration drive where you can fill out the form. You can use the last 4 of ssn.

If you have Florida ID you can complete registration online (with ID# and last 4 of SS#)
If you do not have Florida ID you can pre-fill the application form here and then print it to register by mail

VOTE
By mail (submit request by October 24)
The deadline to request that a ballot be mailed is no later than 5 p.m. on the 12th day before the election. October 24th.
You are entitled to vote by mail in Florida without providing a reason
- Use form DS-DE 160 from here (English or Spanish): https://dos.fl.gov/elections/forms-publications/forms/
- Send it to your local Supervisor of Elections using mail, fax, or scanned attachment to an email. Or deliver it in person.

- When you receive your ballot, follow the included directions to vote and send back. Your returned voted ballot must be received, regardless of postmark, by the Supervisor of Elections’ office no later than 7:00 pm (local time) on Election Day.
- You can drop off your mail in ballot in person to an early voting site
- if you want to instead vote on election day you can hand over and relinquish your mail in ballot and get a regular ballot
Early, in person, with acceptable photo ID
Early voting is required to start at “at least on the 10th day before the election and end on the 3rd day before the election. In addition, supervisors of elections have the option to offer more early voting on the 15th, 14th, 13th, 12th, 11th, or 2nd day before an election.”
Locations for early voting will be designated by local Supervisor of Elections no later than 30 days prior to election, October 6.
